1) Purpose
You are being given access to our course materials and training (“Course Content”). The purpose of this agreement is to protect the confidentiality and intellectual property in that Course Content.
2) Definitions
“Course Content” includes all materials and information provided by Algo Advantage in any format, including (without limitation): videos, slides, text, PDFs, worksheets, templates, code, scripts, indicators, strategies, research methods, community posts, live session recordings, screenshots, and any other training or resources.
“Confidential Information” means the Course Content and any non-public information about Algo Advantage’s training, methods, systems, or business.
3) Confidentiality
You must keep all Confidential Information confidential and must not disclose it to any other person or entity.
4) No Distribution / No Sharing
You must not, without our prior written permission:
- share, publish, upload, transmit, sell, sublicense, lend, or distribute any Course Content (in whole or part);
- post Course Content or derivatives of it online (including on social media, forums, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, GitHub, paste sites, file-sharing services, or “private” groups);
- allow any other person to access Course Content using your login or through any workaround.
5) No Copying or Recording
You must not copy, reproduce, record, or create derivative works from Course Content except to the limited extent necessary for your own private study (for example, personal notes).
For clarity: screen recording, re-hosting videos, reposting code, or distributing PDFs is prohibited.
6) Intellectual Property Ownership
All Course Content is owned by Algo Advantage (or its licensors) and is protected by intellectual property laws. This agreement does not transfer any ownership to you. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to access the Course Content for your own learning while you remain a student in good standing.
7) Permitted Use
You may use what you learn to trade your own capital and build your own understanding and systems. You may not use Course Content to create or improve a competing course, paid community, signals service, or training product.
8) Exceptions
Your obligations in this agreement do not apply to information that you can prove:
- was already public through no breach by you; or
- you lawfully obtained from a third party who had the right to disclose it.
9) Breach and Remedies
If you breach this agreement, we may (without limiting other rights):
- immediately suspend or terminate your access to courses and community without refund (where permitted by law);
- require removal of any shared content;
- seek compensation for losses; and
- seek urgent court orders (injunctions) to stop further disclosure or distribution.
10) Term
Your confidentiality and no-distribution obligations start when you accept this agreement and continue indefinitely for as long as the Course Content remains non-public.
11) Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
12) Acceptance
By continuing to view the Course, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood this agreement;
- you agree to be bound by it; and
- you are at least 18 years old (or have permission of a parent/guardian to enter into this agreement).
